After placing your order, we will create a design within 3 business days for you to approve. You must respond within 3 business days to approve or make a change. There can only be 2 revisions (If you do not approve the design, it will be made and shipped).
Shipping is based upon the weight and size of the treasure being shipped.

Custom items are non-refundable. The customer will have at least 3 times to
verify the information is correct, including the initial time of placing the order.
